Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Concentration on repetitive task for 50 percent

- Guest service experience preferred
- Experience with guests in a service-oriented environment
- Proficient or able to learn outlook, excel, power point, teams, SAP, office systems
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
Job Duties
- Pick up and sort/distribute daily mail for Building 1
- Email financial analyst list of documents/checks received in the mail, and place on desk for review/records
- Prepare and bring vendor checks for deposit then scan check to financial analyst and place in drawer for internal records/filing
- Attend weekly leadership meeting and bi-weekly one on one
- Prepare, coordinate, and organize the bi-annual Chocolate Concierge Day (involves power point presentation, gift bags, schedule dry runs, etc.)
- Upon the request of the retail director, place orders for initial chocolate and supply orders for stores prior to the holidays and Valentine's Day
- Assist and prepare onboarding manual/quizzes for orientation or when needed by store/assistant managers, prepare name badges and uniforms
- Maintain and update copies of onboarding manual and quizzes
- Collect IDs from new concierges to process their 19 prior to the start of their employment
- Upon receipt of new hire employee number, prepare ATR for badge, email to security to process and distribute to appropriate store/assistant manager
- Maintain and order store uniforms when needed as well as prepare used uniforms/aprons for laundry on an as needed basis
- Keep the office organized and clean daily
- Communicate with current vendors prior to the end of the year for updated SOW
- Prepare vendor purchase requisitions using SAP prior to the end of the year or upon request throughout the year
- Pay vendor invoices as directed by the retail director
- Work with outside vendors for merchandise to either sell at the store or for associates, research costs, and coordinate purchase/delivery of items
- Receive and pay renewal of business license upon notification, and distribute to appropriate store manager for posting
- Place internal orders for chocolate gifts upon request by retail director
- Prepare note cards for orders placed by the call center or retail director
- Assist event coordinators in ordering chocolates and supplies for events
