The current opening is for a full-time Estate Concierge role, a vital customer-facing position within Trefethen's enthusiastic hospitality team. As an Estate Concierge, you will often be the first and last point of contact for guests visiting the estate, playing a crucial role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience. The role requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for wine, and an ability to manage various administrative and operational duties. You will coordinate closely with Wine Educators, Stewards, and Supervisors to ensure smooth guest flow throughout the estate. Beyond greeting guests, the Estate Concierge is responsible for handling wine sales orders, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and supporting special winery events both onsite and offsite.

This position demands a professional yet approachable demeanor, business casual appearance, and the flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, aligning with the hospitality industry's dynamic nature. The base pay range for this full-time non-exempt role is between $20 and $22 per hour, contingent on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
