Job Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Enhance the customer experience by providing courteous and prompt assistance
- Support the achievement of sales and profit goals set by the coffee shop lead and department manager
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies
- Follow established quality assurance guidelines for beverages, food items, and service provision
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and food items for customers
- Collaborate with the deli department and team members to elevate service standards
- Stock and display merchandise to ensure availability and maintain presentation standards
- Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on products and menu options
