Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in food service, retail, or coffee shop operations
knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus

ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
compliance with corporate guidelines, safety standards, and quality protocols

Job Duties

Enhance the customer experience by providing courteous and prompt assistance
support the achievement of sales and profit goals set by the coffee shop lead and department manager
maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies
follow established quality assurance guidelines for beverages, food items, and service provision
prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and food items for customers
collaborate with the deli department and team members to elevate service standards
stock and display merchandise to ensure availability and maintain presentation standards
engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on products and menu options
