Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- Must hold current TABC certification
- Must hold current Food Handler certification
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform physical motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and availability for part-time or full-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or related preferred
- High-volume craft bartending experience
- Current TABC and Food Handler certification
- Extensive knowledge of spirits with emphasis on Tequila and Mezcal
- Excellent mixology skillset
- Ability to utilize jiggers for measured pours and follow precise cocktail recipes
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
- Strong teamwork skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Motivated to learn new food and beverage techniques
- Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for team and guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
- Give unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
- Possess and utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
- Keep the bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines and local health department requirements
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and account for any discrepancies
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied
- Work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
