Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
  • verify identification and age requirements of guests
  • provide responsible alcohol service
  • must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
  • must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to operate the POS system
  • handle guests' payments by providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
  • regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • prior foodservice experience helpful but not necessary
  • ability to memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, entrees, and drinks
  • able to operate the POS system
  • ability to lift, balance, and carry large trays of food and beverage
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to provide responsible alcohol service
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • greet guests promptly with "margaritas today?" and provide fresh chips and salsa
  • card guests under the age of 40
  • provide a fiesta experience for our guests
  • serve our guests quickly and efficiently
  • be a team player
  • make our guests say "wow...that was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!"
  • deliver guests' food hot and fresh from the kitchen
  • “read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
  • suggestive sell specials and extras
  • perform sidework and cleaning duties
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked area
