Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
- verify identification and age requirements of guests
- provide responsible alcohol service
- must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to operate the POS system
- handle guests' payments by providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
- regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- prior foodservice experience helpful but not necessary
- ability to memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, entrees, and drinks
- able to operate the POS system
- ability to lift, balance, and carry large trays of food and beverage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to provide responsible alcohol service
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- greet guests promptly with "margaritas today?" and provide fresh chips and salsa
- card guests under the age of 40
- provide a fiesta experience for our guests
- serve our guests quickly and efficiently
- be a team player
- make our guests say "wow...that was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!"
- deliver guests' food hot and fresh from the kitchen
- “read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
- suggestive sell specials and extras
- perform sidework and cleaning duties
- maintain a clean and well-stocked area
