Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
must be able to obtain a liquor license in Indiana
must be able to be on feet for extended periods
must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
must provide responsible alcohol service
verify identification and age requirements of guests
able to operate POS system
handle guests' payments accurately

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years
ability to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
prior foodservice experience helpful but not necessary
ability to memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, entrees, and drinks
able to operate POS system
ability to lift and carry trays
responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly with "Margaritas today?" and provide fresh chips and salsa
card guests under the age of 40
provide a fiesta experience for our guests
serve our guests quickly and efficiently
be a team player
make our guests say "WOW...That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!"
deliver guests' food hot and fresh from the kitchen
"read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
suggestive sell specials and extras
perform sidework and cleaning duties
maintain a clean and well-stocked area
