Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions
- Ability to present information effectively in small group and one-on-one settings
- Physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly
- Willingness to travel up to 5 percent
- Commitment to guest confidentiality according to HIPAA
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and write Standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients, and employees
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains from spills and wipe signage and wayfinding materials
- Maintain general cleaning of garage, including sweeping debris between vehicles and removing stains from pillars and columns
- Wipe signage and equipment at vehicular entrances and exits, including gates and card readers
- Empty guest key receptacles at garage exits and return keys to Towne Park MOD, power wash entrances and exits as needed
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries, provide information about surrounding area and attractions
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
