The Porter position at Towne Park involves maintaining the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the common garage areas while providing excellent hospitality services. This role requires attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency in assisting guests throughout their stay. Beyond general cleaning duties, the Porter is responsible for maintaining the garage facility's equipment and managing waste receptacles. Additionally, the role includes assisting customers with common vehicle-related issues such as lock-outs, flat tires, battery jumps, and vehicle location support. The Porter's duties are essential in ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, reinforcing Towne Park's commitment to exceptional customer service. Available shifts include morning and evening hours, offering flexibility, and the hourly wage starts at $16 per hour.
