As an Environmental Services Technician at Oaklawn, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, work areas, and floors consisting of carpet and tile. The technician follows a detailed cleaning schedule checklist and responds promptly to work orders while ensuring all cleaning supplies and carts are well stocked and ready for use. Physical demands for this role include lifting up to 20 pounds frequently throughout the day, consistent ability to bend, stand, and reach, and the safe handling of common household chemicals. The role is available for first-shift work or PRN (as needed) schedules, which include rotating holidays and weekend hours.
