Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant environmental services supervisory experience
- ability and willingness to work swing and grave shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership qualities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior relevant environmental services experience in a supervisory role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of cleanliness standards and hygiene protocols
- ability to conduct inspections and provide training
- experience in hospitality or resort environment preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise a team of environmental services employees including scheduling coaching counseling and training
- address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
- provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino public areas offices and other required spaces
- conduct daily inspections briefings and team updates meet with employees for training and compliance needs
- prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
- consistently deliver professional friendly and engaging service
- assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
