Job Requirements

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant environmental services supervisory experience
  • ability and willingness to work swing and grave shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership qualities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of prior relevant environmental services experience in a supervisory role
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of cleanliness standards and hygiene protocols
  • ability to conduct inspections and provide training
  • experience in hospitality or resort environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise a team of environmental services employees including scheduling coaching counseling and training
  • address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
  • provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino public areas offices and other required spaces
  • conduct daily inspections briefings and team updates meet with employees for training and compliance needs
  • prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
  • consistently deliver professional friendly and engaging service
  • assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
