The Environmental Services Full-Time position at CaroMont Health is designed for individuals who are responsible for performing a variety of cleaning, janitorial, and related duties within the hospital facility. The role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of patient rooms, nursing stations, corridors, lounges, bathrooms, nourishment rooms, utility rooms, and offices. The shift is scheduled from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, providing overnight support to ensure the hospital environment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next day. This position requires the ability to operate EVS (Environmental Services) cleaning equipment skillfully and safely, use proper cleaning techniques, and follow documented procedures. In addition to cleaning duties, the role involves moving light furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed across various patient and staff areas, contributing to an organized and efficient hospital environment. The position demands attentiveness, reliability, and good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hospital staff and the public, ensuring a tactful and professional demeanor at all times.
