Job Description
Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital is a premier full-service, acute-care hospital located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and Texas State Highway 242. Since its opening in June 2017, this 725,000-square-foot facility has provided comprehensive medical care, mirroring the exceptional standards of its flagship hospital in the Texas Medical Center. The hospital campus includes two medical office buildings that house specialized centers such as a Breast Care Center, Cancer Center, infusion center, heart and vascular services, neurology, orthopedics and sports medicine, rehabilitation services, wellness services, an outpatient laboratory, and several multispecialty physician practices. In January 2022, the hospital expanded significantly with the addition of the Healing Tower, a $250 million project that increased capacity by 106 beds, enhanced medical-surgical and women’s services, and added nine new operating rooms. This expansion also included improvements to the endoscopy center, emergency department, and diagnostic imaging department, as well as a specialized neurodiagnostic and interventional center. Houston Methodist is recognized for its commitment to cutting-edge healthcare and continuous innovation, supported by a culture of excellence and teamwork.
