This job opportunity is for the position of Environmental Services Manager - 2nd shift at Broward Health Coral Springs located in Coral Springs, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of environmental services on the second shift to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the healthcare facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
As an Environmental Services Manager, your leadership skills will be crucial in managing teams, establishing client relationships, and driving operational and financial goals. You will be accountable for the overall operational management and financial performance of the environmental services unit, including labor, supply, and inventory control. Additionally, you will establish strong client rapport by understanding and addressing client needs, supporting new business efforts, and upholding Aramark's WEST standards for customer service excellence. This role entails developing effective programs for facility cleanliness, custodial services, energy management, landscaping, and maintenance as required by the client.
Financial acumen is necessary to monitor budget adherence, track financial statements related to your department, and implement cost control measures. You will also be responsible for adopting company processes and systems that streamline operations and eliminate wasteful practices. An emphasis is placed on sustainability efforts to reduce energy consumption and improve labor productivity, aligning with Aramark’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Job Requirements
- bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services
- up to 2 years of experience in management or supervisory role preferred
