Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- ability to use computer and prior cleaning experience helpful
- knowledge of materials, equipment, cleaning methods and chemicals helpful
- strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
- previous custodial experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Job Duties
- maintain safe and sanitary patient and resident rooms
- follow infection control and safety guidelines
- empty waste baskets and dispose of trash properly
- sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
- use cleaning tools and powered equipment appropriately
- keep storage, equipment, and carts stocked and tidy
- assist in laundry areas as needed
