Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, lift and routinely manage hands-on custodial services daily activities
- Experience managing a 2nd shift
- Experience managing floor care machines
- Experience managing a strong and cohesive team
- 2 years with the title of manager in an environmental services environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in housekeeping, environmental or custodial services
- Experience managing floor care machines
- Experience managing a 2nd shift
- Strong team building skills with ability to manage cohesive teams
Job Duties
- Drive positive client and student satisfaction scores
- Assign, schedule and inspect all sanitation processes
- Manage equipment, supplies and strategy including floor machines
- Provide a clean and safe environment for faculty, students and staff
- Manage the 1st and 2nd shift with a great team who work well together
