Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
one year of experience in hospital environmental services preferred
ability to communicate effectively
ability to work independently
willingness to travel between facilities as needed
ability to respond promptly to communication devices
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

One year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to understand and follow instructions effectively
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings
travel between facilities as required without assistance
respond to and initiate communication via phone, handheld radios, pagers
follow established environmental service techniques, practices and procedures
adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
support infection control by ensuring sanitary conditions
collaborate effectively with healthcare staff
