Job Requirements
- 5+ years of EHS experience with bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Associate’s degree with 7+ years EHS experience
- 10+ years EHS experience with no degree
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal and local state regulations such as OSHA, EPA, DOT
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and/or direct reports
Job Qualifications

- Associate’s degree acceptable with 7+ years EHS experience
- 10+ years EHS experience without a degree considered
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal and local state regulations such as OSHA, EPA, DOT
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and/or direct reports
- Ability to read, understand, interpret and apply applicable EHS regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic IT systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent company professionally to outside agencies, customers, and vendors
Job Duties
- Drive the implementation of EHS programs and continuous improvement in EHS performance
- Drive improvement and track goal achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS and KPI data
- Lead EHS permitting processes and liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
- Provide technical advice, develop plans and execute on environmental, health, or safety challenges
- Support operations team with EHS program development, implementation, and improvement
- Sustain excellence in EHS and safety culture
- Maintain knowledge of applicable business and regulatory requirements
