Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is a distinguished 294-bed, full-service acute-care hospital located in North Texas, recognized for its advanced medical capabilities and commitment to high-quality patient care. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Environmental Aide professionals to join our team. This is an 8-hour shift position, working 5 days a week with rotating days, generally from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Environmental Aides play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms, offices, and common areas — a vital component of the patient experience and hospital operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring all areas remain tidy and sanitized to prevent infection and promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Candidates must be driven to provide an outstanding patient experience by communicating effectively with team members, taking accountability for their work, and striving to continuously improve performance. Environmental Aides are also encouraged to take initiative for their professional development and contribute positively to a collaborative and engaged team environment. Job Requirements
