Oak Plains Academy is a comprehensive and highly structured 98-bed residential treatment program dedicated to providing psychiatric residential treatment services to children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Nestled on 20 acres of serene rolling hills approximately 45 minutes from Nashville, Tennessee, the campus features a full-size gymnasium, a dining hall, a dedicated academic building, and four dormitories. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- dust, vacuum, and clean all offices, hallways, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and client areas
- identify maintenance needs such as lighting and repair needs during regularly assigned duties and notify maintenance using a maintenance request form
- conduct inventory of all facility cleaning and paper supplies on at least a monthly basis
- notify appropriate personnel of all restocking needs
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in working order at all times
- secure equipment away from client access when not in use
- keep equipment within eyesight and away from client access when in use
