Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 1-3 years general brokerage experience
- formal industry training preferred including customs brokerage license and or CCS certification
- strong understanding of harmonized tariff and product classification
- strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- strong customer service skills
- able to meet deadlines, prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
- experience with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel
- experience with standard office equipment, fax and photo copier
- above average data entry skills
- familiar with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Receives and reviews client shipment information and prepares required documentation
- classifies imports and submits entries to USCBP
- handles calls and questions from clients and or drivers
- ensures timely upload of all entries for release or inbound
- data upload of electronic manifest data and FDA prior notification and Oasis data
- performs a variety of general office duties as assigned
