Working the PM shift from 4 p.m. to midnight, wine cellar associates at Bern's Steak House are responsible for providing engaging cellar tours showcasing the extensive wine selection, maintaining cleanliness and order of glassware and wine storage areas, and restocking the cellar with inventory from a nearby warehouse. The job environment is dynamic and requires efficient multitasking skills to keep pace with the restaurant's demands while ensuring safety and accuracy. Although no prior experience is required, employees must be physically fit to lift over 25 pounds and comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety and sanitation policies are strictly followed to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
