Job Requirements
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- No prior experience required but must be physically capable
- Must be able to lift heavy items and climb ladders
- Willingness to learn and work under supervision of sommeliers
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
- Ability to follow sanitation policies and maintain cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work quickly and safely
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
Job Duties
- Work PM shift from 4pm to midnight
- Give tours of the wine cellar to guests
- Locate bottles within the wine collection
- Polish glasses
- Keep the wine cellar and warehouse organized, clean, and safe
- Restock wines from nearby warehouse
- Climb ladders as required in cellar and warehouse
- Maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
