The position of Associate Account Executive at Calculated Hire offers a unique opportunity for sales-driven professionals who have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building client relationships. This is a full-time role focused on business-to-business (B2B) sales, where candidates will first undergo a comprehensive outside sales training program. The training is designed to teach a relationship-oriented, client-centered selling process that is effective for securing engagements with leading corporations. Once trained, the Associate Account Executive will spend approximately 60 percent of their time engaging directly with clients to develop partnerships, generate opportunities, and secure mutually beneficial deals.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify target accounts and build sustainable, long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive in consulting with clients to create tailored solutions that help drive organizational change and project success. Presenting to high-level executives, including the C-suite, is a key responsibility, which means strong communication and presentation skills are essential. The role is oriented towards meeting and exceeding sales targets while acting as a client advocate who is dedicated to improving the overall client experience.

Job Duties

  • Strategically identify opportunities in 3-5 designated target accounts
  • build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through onsite client meetings, presentations, and outings
  • consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization that deliver positive outcomes
  • act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience we provide
  • present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for their projects
