Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- prior cooking experience
- ability to work independently
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- basic technology skills including point of sale and scheduling software
- availability to work lunch and dinner shifts Monday through Sunday with flexibility for event support and coverage
Job Qualifications
- experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- excellent communication skills
- general technology competency including email, POS software, scheduling platforms, and text communication
- familiarity with a taproom or bar environment is a plus
- being 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- prepare food items with a European twist such as schnitzel, burgers, baguette sandwiches, flatbreads, and pretzels
- set up kitchen and perform cleaning and prep work as needed
- carry out closing cleaning duties
- greet and engage customers at the kitchen window
- maintain and stock supplies including napkins, condiments, boats, plates, and flatware
- take kitchen orders and process payments by cash and credit cards
- work collaboratively with bartenders and baristas to complete closing tasks
