Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Future focused with leadership aspirations
- Experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping encouraged
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible weekday shifts
Job Duties
- Provide thorough cleaning of residential homes according to company standards
- Utilize company-supplied cleaning tools and materials efficiently
- Foster a positive and professional client relationship while on site
- Identify areas requiring special attention or deep cleaning
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Demonstrate reliability by working scheduled shifts and completing assigned tasks on time
