Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday between 7:45 am and 5:00 pm
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved in house cleaning
- Must have a positive attitude towards customer service
- Commitment to company values and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, caregiving, or similar fields encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire for career growth and leadership opportunities
Job Duties
- Provide thorough residential cleaning services using company supplies and equipment
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Work flexible shifts Monday through Friday during designated hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction
- Participate in the Pay for Performance Plan by meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team environment
- Support community service initiatives such as Cleaning For A Reason
