Job Requirements

must be 18 years old or older
valid driver's license
own reliable vehicle
ability to work flexible shifts monday through friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
good work ethic
meticulous eye for detail
desire for career growth
willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in residential cleaning or related fields
excellent attention to detail
strong time management skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently
use company-provided supplies and equipment responsibly
adhere to scheduled shifts and complete assigned cleaning tasks within a timely manner
provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
identify areas requiring extra attention and ensure no detail is overlooked
maintain communication with management regarding work progress and client needs
participate in company training and development programs
