Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and passion for serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Desire to grow beyond cleaning roles
- Future-focused mentality with leadership aspirations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus
- Ability to work flexible weekday hours
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Manage time and workload to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled hours
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards
- Assist with training new team members as needed
