Job Qualifications

must be 18 years old or older
valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle
ability to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
strong work ethic and attention to detail
excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
previous experience in residential cleaning or related fields preferred
leadership potential or willingness to grow within the company

Job Duties

perform residential cleaning including routine and deep cleaning tasks
uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
manage time efficiently within scheduled hours
maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment provided
communicate effectively with customers and team members
adhere to company policies and health and safety standards
participate in company incentive programs and community initiatives
