Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Have a meticulous eye for detail
- Willingness to grow within the company and take on leadership roles
- Ability to pass background checks and meet company hiring standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in home cleaning, housekeeping, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within set hours
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development opportunities
