Job Description

Lingua Franca is a distinguished winery located in the renowned Eola-Amity Hills of the Willamette Valley, Oregon. Established in 2015 through the collaboration of Master Sommelier Larry Stone and Dominique Lafon, a revered Burgundy producer and mentor to many winemakers in the Willamette Valley, Lingua Franca emphasizes exceptional winemaking rooted in the unique characteristics of its vineyard site. As a part of Constellation Brands, a global leader in beverage alcohol, Lingua Franca blends tradition with innovation, offering a vibrant environment for passionate individuals to grow and contribute to the estate’s legacy. The winery embraces a culture of learning and excellence, nurturing talent through hands-on experiences and collaborative winemaking practices.

Starting mid-August and continuing until approximately mid-November, this on-site role offers hands-on exposure to all facets of the winemaking process within a mid-sized, estate-focused winery. The participant will work closely with a talented winemaking team, engage with laboratory instrumentation, record fermentation data, and contribute to quality wine production from vineyard to bottle. This opportunity provides invaluable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment committed to craftsmanship and quality wine production.
