Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years front desk or reception experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work onsite at Bellevue/Everett locations
- flexible to travel between offices
- ability to work a schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of front desk or reception experience
- strong customer service and hospitality focus
- self-starter with an interest in administrative responsibilities
- reliable and flexible within a 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM schedule
- high school diploma required, AA degree preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- familiarity with JIRA, Maptician, and Confluence is a plus
- exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- high integrity, trustworthiness, and team-focused mindset
Job Duties
- manage the front desk, greet and assist guests, ensure adherence to facility access and security procedures
- provide building access control and assist with onboarding and offboarding, direct guests and vendors appropriately
- support facility-related tasks via JIRA Service Desk, including general administrative support
- assist meeting and event coordinators with logistics, catering delivery, setup, and cleanup of conference rooms
- maintain, organize, and stock breakrooms, copy rooms, and other shared spaces
- perform routine cleaning of appliances such as refrigerators, coffee machines, and microwaves
- manage inventory and assist with supply and food ordering
- receive, distribute, and ship mail, packages, and interoffice deliveries
- help staff reserve desks using Maptician and assign float offices as needed
- serve as part of the Emergency Response Team
- conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual deep cleans of communal areas
- travel between Bellevue and Everett offices as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
