Job Duties
- assist in the planning and execution of events under the direction of the event coordinator
- coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and services are secured and delivered on time
- help create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operations before and during the events
- support on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- handle various administrative duties, including responding to inquiries and managing RSVP lists
- conduct research to identify potential venues, vendors, and entertainment options
