Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for planning and executing events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies is a plus
  • Outgoing and personable personality

Job Duties

  • Organize and outline events during office or home hours
  • Coordinate onsite management to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Plan, launch, promote and execute themed nights such as Ladies' Night, College Night, Karaoke, Beer Pong Tournaments, Drinking Games, Video Game Tournaments, Adult Trivia, and themed nightlife events
  • Host events primarily occurring between 9 PM and 2 AM
  • Collaborate with management to create engaging event concepts
  • Manage event logistics and budgets
  • Promote events using social media and other marketing strategies
