Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of event management software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Support the planning and execution of events including meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings
  • Assist with vendor coordination, venue setup, catering arrangements, and event logistics
  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met
  • Help prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage
  • Provide on-site event support including registration, guest assistance, and problem-solving
  • Track event expenses and maintain budget documentation
  • Collect and analyze attendee feedback to improve future events
