Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of cooking and preparation equipment
  • basic cooking skills such as sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast cookery
  • culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory
  • ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods
  • willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules using company app

Job Duties

  • Learn and practice all job duties as a Culinarian in training
  • utilize company food and beverage procedures as well as health department and federal guidelines
  • follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • maintain food and labor cost controls
  • check freshness of foods and ingredients and ensure all recipes and portion-use records are followed
  • monitor guest feedback scores and contribute to positive ranking influence
  • foster a cooperative and respectful work environment among coworkers
