Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays depending on location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience preferred
- Previous formal automotive training preferred
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information
- Commitment to learning new automotive technologies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and filters replacements
- Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services
- Demonstrate excellent guest service including providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
- Perform manual tasks including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
- Follow established safety policies and procedures
