Our Entertainment Supervisors team plays a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences for guests at a premier entertainment park. This team collaborates closely with performers, associates, and guests to ensure a safe and engaging environment while delivering outstanding entertainment and event experiences across the entire park. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic knowledge of scheduling and timekeeping systems
- Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervising daily operations within the Entertainment department
- Opening and closing locations ensuring cleanliness in guest facing areas as well as backstage areas
- Promotes teamwork and creates a positive and safe work environment for all
- Monitor and report associate timekeeping ensuring all park policies are followed daily
- Maintain associate schedules in UKG
- Ensure all program elements are safe, properly operating, and clean
- Provide excellent customer service for our guests
- Supporting our teams daily to produce superior guest entertainment experiences
- Resolves guest and associate concerns following proper protocols and procedures
- Communicate with various teams within the Entertainment department efficiently and respectfully
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with other park departments and partners
- Coordinate and carry out logistics for special events and activations in park as assigned
- Accurately completes necessary daily paperwork including reports, files, and venue checklists
- Follows and enforces all park and department policies and procedures
- Monitors and reports supply inventory levels to upper management to ensure adequate supplies to complete job tasks
- Other duties as assigned
