The role of Live Entertainment Manager at Hangar 24 is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in transforming spaces into vibrant destinations where live music and entertainment are not just background noise, but integral parts of the overall guest experience. This is a hands-on, highly in-field position that requires balancing creativity with business acumen to produce profitable and engaging events. As the Live Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for owning the programming and events across multiple Hangar 24 locations, ensuring that every event excites guests and drives traffic to the brewery.
You will manage live entertainment schedules, execute weekly programming as well as special ticketed events known as "Hangar 24 Sessions." This role requires someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with artists, agents, and promoters to create a dynamic and appealing mix of local, regional, and touring talent. With a keen understanding of what makes a room come alive, you will negotiate deals, oversee promotions in partnership with marketing teams, and continuously monitor and adjust programming to maximize attendance and profitability.
Additionally, the Live Entertainment Manager will be hands-on during events to maintain a high-quality guest experience, tracking key metrics such as attendance, revenue, and event profitability. This role involves regular travel between locations within Southern California and includes night, weekend, and event-based hours, reflecting the dynamic nature of the entertainment industry.
