Job Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in live entertainment, events, hospitality, or venue management
- experience booking artists and managing live programming
- strong network of artists, agents, and promoters preferred
- proven ability to balance creativity with financial performance
- strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events at once
- strong judgment around talent, audience fit, and experience quality
- comfortable owning outcomes, not just executing tasks
- willingness to travel regularly between locations

Job Duties
- build and manage live entertainment across all locations
- execute weekly programming and ticketed "Hangar 24 Sessions"
- book artists, negotiate deals, and ensure events are profitable
- develop relationships with artists, agents, and promoters
- create a strong pipeline of local, regional, and touring talent
- partner with marketing to promote events and drive attendance
- oversee key events to ensure a high-quality guest experience
- track performance across attendance, revenue, and profitability
- adjust programming, pricing, and formats to continuously improve results
