Job Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in live entertainment, events, hospitality, or venue management
- Experience booking artists and managing live programming
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong judgment around talent, audience fit, and experience quality
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just executing tasks
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations
- Based in Southern California with regular travel across all Hangar 24 locations
- Highly in-field role with significant on-site presence
- Schedule includes nights, weekends, and event-based hours
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience booking artists and managing live programming
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen

- Sound judgment regarding talent selection and audience fit
- Comfort with owning outcomes and taking initiative
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations
- Based in Southern California
- Availability for night, weekend, and event-based hours
- Strong network of artists, agents, and promoters preferred
- Ability to balance creativity with financial performance
Job Duties
- Own programming & events across all locations
- Execute weekly programming and ticketed events
- Book artists and negotiate deals to ensure profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, and promoters
- Develop a strong pipeline of local, regional, and touring talent
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive attendance
- Oversee events to ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Track performance metrics including attendance, revenue, and profitability
- Adjust programming, pricing, and event formats to improve results
