The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance practices spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. They will be proactive and hands-on, taking pride in delivering superior service and supporting the smooth operation of daily hotel activities. Responsibilities also include performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, swiftly resolving equipment issues to reduce guest disruption, and ensuring all aspects of the hotel's physical environment meet established quality and safety standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment and requires collaboration with other team members to respond effectively to operational needs and guest requests. We seek professionals who communicate effectively in English, possess physical stamina such as the ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, and demonstrate manual dexterity and attention to detail. The Engineer will also perform routine tasks including minor painting, electrical wiring repairs, and filter replacement, further ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and defect-free stay.
