The Engineering Supervisor role at HRIM is vital for maintaining the overall quality and safety of the multi-family residential properties under its management. This position focuses on overseeing the property’s general condition, specifically addressing electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting needs. The Engineering Supervisor serves as a key liaison, representing HRIM to vendors, contractors, and temporary staff. Additionally, the supervisor handles inventory management, organizes training for maintenance personnel, and leads various property improvement projects.
