The Engineering Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is both a leadership and operational position responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance functions of the property. This includes managing diverse specialties such as plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, painting, carpentry, structural maintenance, recycling operations, electrical systems, ground maintenance, and parking facilities. The Engineering Manager ensures that the property is maintained efficiently, safely, and comfortably for both guests and employees, upholding the established high standards of the Four Seasons brand.

A critical aspect of the role includes managing life and fire safety systems as well as driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the property.
