The opportunity is to join the team at the AC Hotel Dayton, a stylish 134-room hotel located in the vibrant Water Street District of Dayton, Ohio. This hotel offers spectacular views of the Dayton Dragons baseball stadium from its rooftop bar and restaurant, as well as from the guestrooms themselves. The position available is for an Engineer, a full-time role that comes with benefits. This role requires working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as necessary to maintain excellent operational standards. The Engineer will be responsible for the upkeep, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of important hotel equipment including ice machines, refrigeration units, air handling units, and other related mechanical systems. Candidates should have a strong background in commercial refrigeration and possess working knowledge of general maintenance procedures. The role demands a customer service-oriented approach, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay.
