Engineer (Hotel Maintenance)

The Preventative and Repair Maintenance role at HHM Hotels is integral to ensuring that all hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will conduct room inspections to identify repair needs, install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings, paint designated areas, and undertake minor electrical and plumbing work. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining furniture, installing and programming televisions, and resolving heating and cooling system issues. Additional responsibilities include tracing and repairing water lines, troubleshooting kitchen equipment, maintaining preventive maintenance records, and ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes. The role also requires adherence to safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment and compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.
