Job Requirements
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time
- Must clock in/out for breaks at the designated time
- Must provide sufficient notice to supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Utilize relevant technology and answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep workspaces sparkling clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning with a smile and by name when possible
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy every shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and nametag while smiling
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and collaborate to create a positive workplace
- Respond to repair requests from guests and document completion
- Keep preventative maintenance work up to date according to the PM program
- Follow safety and health codes, including pool and spa regulations
- Report emergency or life safety concerns to supervisors
- Conduct full property walks at beginning and end of shifts to identify maintenance needs
- Keep maintenance areas clean and well-organized during and after shifts
