previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
ability to follow safety protocols
ability to participate in physical tasks such as painting and equipment maintenance
good communication skills
ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

Clean and maintain air handlers
change all shipboard air filters on scheduled basis
participate in special projects such as painting and other maintenance
participate in drills at assigned stations
follow safety rules and keep work area clean and in orderly condition
other duties as assigned
