- proficient in Microsoft Office 360 programs
- some experience in Canva or a similar program
- ability to project-manage multiple tasks with various deadlines

Job Duties
- Create engaging collateral for use to team member communication
- assist with the updating on company intranet
- establish credibility with management and team members to be an effective influencer on the business
- ensure the back of house is consistently updated with communication of property events, team member discounts, and leadership memos
- create, organize, and distribute team member service anniversaries on a consistent basis
- assist in executing a consistent and memorable Team Member of the Month experience for the winners each month
