Job Requirements

Minimum of 2,000 helicopter flight hours
At least 500 hours turbine time
Minimum 1,500 PIC hours
Instrument rating mandatory
Over five years flying as PIC
At least three years commercial, military, or government rotorcraft PIC experience
Recent commercial flight experience within past 12 months
Preferred local area familiarity
Must live within one hour of Chicago base

Job Duties

Operate Bell 206/407 series helicopters safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness
Navigate intended routes using instrument flight rules when required
Maintain communication with flight operations and adhere to regulated protocols
Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and composure
Provide exceptional service to clients and coordinate with ground personnel
Stay current with all certifications, regulations, and recurrent training requirements
