Job Description

The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus is a renowned healthcare institution with a long-standing history of faithfully serving the El Paso community since 1902. With a commitment to providing exceptional care, our network includes five hospitals, one of which is a dedicated children's hospital. We take pride in being the steward of health for generations of families, offering trusted and specialized healthcare services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community. Our hospitals emphasize compassionate, patient-centered care, supported by cutting-edge medical technology and a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. We prioritize professional development, innovation, and work-life balance to foster a supportive work environment for all team members.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in a full-time day shift capacity. In this role, you will coordinate the care needs of assigned patients, developing comprehensive plans that manage care delivery across the patient care continuum. Your daily responsibilities will include partnering with patients and their primary physicians to create individualized care plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and preferences. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—comprising physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and social workers—to ensure timely and appropriate delivery of tests and treatments. As an advocate for patients, you will balance clinical care with financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatment outcomes.

Our Registered Nurse role offers opportunities for meaningful patient impact within a supportive and innovative environment that fosters growth and professional development. The position requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with an academic degree in nursing. Applicants should hold current licensure or certification to practice nursing as mandated by state law and possess American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification. We value compassionate professionals who are committed to excellence and eager to grow their careers while contributing to our mission to provide outstanding health services to the El Paso community.

Joining our team also means gaining access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, career advancement, and quality of life. We offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match; generous paid time off; career development and ongoing education opportunities; and convenient health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts. Additional perks include an Employee Assistance Program, employee discounts, and voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, long-term care, elder and childcare support, as well as auto and home insurance. Please note that eligibility for benefits may vary by location and employment status.

If you are looking for a fulfilling nursing position where your skills and compassion can make a real difference, consider joining The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. We are dedicated to creating an environment where healthcare professionals thrive and patients receive the best possible care.
